About the service

Learning Podcast is a software service that converts user-provided documents, text, images, and publicly accessible webpages into configurable learning dialogues and audio files. Private transfer links and personal podcast feeds are intended for use by the respective user across their own devices.

Responsibility for sources and generated content

Rights to uploaded material

Users are responsible for ensuring that they are permitted to upload, process, and use the supplied material. In particular, protected teaching materials, books, articles, images, and other third-party works may not be processed or shared beyond the permissions granted by law or by the respective rights holder.

AI-generated dialogue and audio

Generated dialogue and speech may contain omissions, simplifications, pronunciation errors, or incorrect statements. They are learning aids and must be reviewed independently before being relied upon for examinations, professional decisions, medical, legal, financial, or other high-impact purposes.

Private use and sharing

Private links, QR codes, audio files, and podcast-feed URLs must not be published or distributed when the underlying material or generated result may not lawfully be shared. Anyone who receives a valid private link may be able to access the linked content.

External links

This service may link to external websites. The respective providers are responsible for their content. If we become aware of a legal violation, the affected link will be reviewed and removed where required.

Consumer dispute resolution

The operator is not willing or obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless a statutory obligation applies in an individual case.
