Accessibility Statement
Learning Podcast should remain usable while uploading material, configuring a podcast, reviewing dialogue, and listening to the finished audio. This statement describes the current approach and known limitations.

Our approach
We aim to follow WCAG 2.1 Level AA for the public pages and the podcast workflow. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product requirement rather than a one-time certification claim.
Measures currently included
The interface includes or is designed around the following measures:
- Keyboard access for navigation, forms, workflow controls, and dialogue editing.
- Visible focus states for interactive controls.
- Skip-to-content links and a declared page language.
- Labels, instructions, and programmatically associated validation messages for form fields.
- ARIA live regions for progress, errors, and dynamically generated status messages where appropriate.
- Light and dark presentation with system-aware contrast handling.
- Text-based dialogue review as an alternative to relying only on generated audio.
- Native audio controls and downloadable MP3 files so playback is not tied to one custom interaction.
Known limitations
The multi-step workflow, drag-and-drop upload, waveform or audio markers, voice previews, QR transfer, and live dialogue editing may still contain keyboard, focus, announcement, or screen-reader issues. These areas require continued testing with real assistive technology.
Report a barrier
Please tell us which page and workflow step you were using, what device or assistive technology was involved, and what prevented you from completing the task. We will use that information to reproduce and prioritise the issue.
Alternative access
When a feature is not accessible to you, contact us and describe the material and task. We will try to provide the relevant information or a practical alternative in an accessible format where reasonably possible.
